John DuBiel, CEO, Managing Partner and Founder

John S. DuBiel is nationally recognized for his accomplishments in the supply chain industry, generating more than $100 million dollars in cost savings for nearly 50 Fortune 1000 companies throughout his career. DuBiel’s expertise has been honed during 25 years of senior management experience in the consumer goods, packaging, and industrial manufacturing industries, with a strong focus on global transportation, distribution, manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing.

DuBiel is a two–time "Distribution Magazine Shipper of the Year Award" winner, and is referenced in the "Who's Who of Distribution Executives."

Mike Edie, Chief Operating Officer

Mike Edie has demonstrated operations leadership and performance excellence during the past 25 years, serving as corporate vice president of three multibillion-dollar manufacturing companies, and successfully delivering year–over–year financial improvements of $200 million, as well as significant operational and systems improvements.

Edie has significant experience improving and transforming supply chains, including distribution, transportation, planning, sourcing, materials, and customer service organizations.

Tony Bozzuto , Vice President – Supply Chain Operations

Tony Bozzuto brings 30–plus years of supply chain experience to clients, with the discipline, efficiency, and process– and results–oriented mindset he honed during his logistics-focused career in the U.S. Navy, followed by several senior-level supply chain positions for major corporations and consulting firms.

Bozzuto has deep skills in domestic and international logistics, strategic sourcing, materials management, and manufacturing and maintenance support.

Joe Brady, Senior Partner

Joe Brady is responsible for all business development, customer service, and alliance creation activities for SCE. A 20-year, award-winning sales and marketing veteran in the transportation and supply chain solutions marketplace, Brady has served many of the Fortune 1000, and has participated in a number of logistics and supply chain councils on behalf of his customers.

Richard J. Crossland, Senior Vice President Manufacturing and Operations

Dick Crossland has an extensive background as an operating executive, having directed businesses as CEO, President, COO, or VP-GM for more than two decades. He has led more than a dozen turnarounds and performance improvement efforts in companies from $30 million to $1 billion.

Crossland has spent his career primarily with well-recognized and highly respected companies such as General Electric, Philips Electronics, and ITT, and has expertise in the lighting industry, metals, materials and component manufacturing.
