Mike Edie – Senior Vice President and COO of Supply Chain Edge

Mike Edie is Chief Operating Officer of Supply Chain Edge.

Mike has more than 25 years of operations leadership and performance experience, and has served as corporate vice president of three multi-billion dollar manufacturing companies. He has significant experience improving and transforming supply chains, including distribution, transportation, planning, sourcing, materials, and customer service organizations. He is also knowledgeable and skilled in strategic planning, order management, purchasing and supply, sales and operations planning, process and systems implementation, succession planning and implementation, due diligence related to acquisitions, distribution and logistics operations, contract negotiation, and materials and demand planning.

In addition, the teams Mike has led have successfully delivered year–over–year financial improvements of $200 million, as well as significant operational and systems improvements. He has also successfully led organizations with over 2500 associates, with North American and European distribution networks, sourcing programs controlling over $1 billion annually, and operating plans of more than $250 million.

Mike's background includes a broad spectrum of companies, from financial holding businesses to fully integrated structures with a few well–defined markets. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John Fisher College and has attended the senior executive programs at Duke University and Babson College. Mike is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (SCCMP), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the Gerson Lehrman Group and the Society of Industry Leaders.
