Our team does a head–to–toe examination by facilitating an in–depth supply chain competency survey and small–group follow–up discussions with senior management, finance, supply chain leadership, business unit/regional management and sales/marketing leaders. We review the driving force of the supply chain, its vision, strategy, three years of financial and operating performance information, technology, competency flaws, execution failures, and customer service performance.
Our objectives are to identify fundamental building blocks of a best–in–class supply chain organization, diagnose the maximum opportunities to build or improve competitive edge in your supply chain and expose critical "fault lines" and operational and cultural barriers to reaching supply chain excellence.
Our confidential findings are presented to senior management in an on–site briefing and written report. We then work with internal resources to set the supply chain strategy in motion.
