John S. DuBiel

John S. DuBiel is the CEO, Managing Partner and Founder of Supply Chain Edge.

John has over twenty–five years of senior management experience in the consumer goods, packaging and industrial manufacturing industries, with a strong focus on global transportation, distribution, manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing. He is nationally recognized and brings numerous accomplishments to the table for Supply Chain Edge and its clients. For example, he negotiates and manages logistics expenditures of more than $300 million annually for clients. In addition, he has generated more than $100 million dollars in cost savings for nearly fifty Fortune 1000 Companies throughout his career.

Prior to founding Supply Chain Edge, John was the Global Vice President of Logistics and Transportation for the Revlon group of companies. Under his direction, his team established and maintained the strategic framework for all distribution and supply chain initiatives, encompassing the formulation of processes, policies, procedures and terms with suppliers, agents, forwarders, carriers and third–party logistics suppliers. These efforts were facilitated on behalf of Revlon, Coleman Outdoor Products, General Wig, Consolidated Cigar, Meridian Water Sports, Marvel Entertainment and other companies under the MAFCO umbrella.

Additionally, John led the team that negotiated all transportation and distribution contracts at the international, national and regional levels, managing a $150+ million global transportation budget. John also led corporate efforts to centralize worldwide supply chain services, supporting supply chain networks in the U.S. and 30 international markets, and servicing customers in 150 countries. He also created and implemented operational plans to deploy more than four million shipments annually.

Prior to his tenure at Revlon, John held numerous management positions for United Parcel Service, Inc., primarily in Productivity and Operations Management. John is a former Officer of NASSTRAC (National Small Shipment Traffic Conference), and a two–time "Distribution Magazine Shipper of the Year Award" winner. He has lectured and taught graduate classes at the Fisher Business School at Ohio State University, and he is referenced in the "Who's Who of Distribution Executives." John resides in North Carolina with his wife and three children.
